Commemorative Banknotes

Commemorative banknotes are banknotes issued by the Central Bank in accordance with the “Regulations Governing the Issuance of Gold and Silver Coins and Commemorative Notes and Coins”. Two types of commemorative banknotes have been issued to date: the Polymer Banknote in Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Issuance of the New Taiwan Dollar, and the Uncut Commemorative NT$100 Banknote Sheets in Souvenir Folders.
