第七十八條（妨害安寧秩序之處罰）

有左列各款行為之一者，處新臺幣一萬五千元以下罰鍰：

一、影印、縮印、放大通用之紙幣，並散布或販賣者。

二、製造、散布或販賣通用紙幣、硬幣之仿製品者。
